Chairman of the Azerbaijan National Association Sattar Sevigin met Ulf Christoffersson who is the Deputy general secretary, the 25th of February 2011. At this meeting, Sattar Sevigin came with information about ethnic cleansing in Khojaly committed by Armenians. And occupation of 20% of Azerbaijan's territory by Armenians who were helped by the Russians.
In this meeting, Chairman of the Azerbaijan National Association in Sweden set up four requirements:
1-Swedish Parliament acknowledges that the 1992 26th February. Ethnic cleansing took place in Kojaly Committed by the Armenians.
2- In order to execute UN's 4 resolutions about azerbaijan's occupied territory, Swedish parliament must take an active role.
3- Sweden must help so that more than 1 million war refugees can return home.
4- Because Armenia has occupied 20% of Azerbaijan's territory, Sweden must recognize the Armenian government as an occupying power.
